What should I do if there is
What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
If you are having problems with your order, we encourage you to contact the seller to solve the situation. Here is how:
Sign in to your Google Account.
On the Purchase History page, locate the order containing the item that you would like to cancel or have refunded, and click View Order.
At the top of the receipt, click Contact [Retailer's Name].
Select an appropriate subject for your message from the Subject: drop-down menu and enter your message in the Message: text box.
Click Send email once you have provided the necessary details.
If you have already contacted the retailer and were unable to solve the problem, Google can mediate a dispute between you and the retailer. At your request, we will review the situation and propose a non-binding solution if appropriate.
After Google proposes a solution, you and the retailer will have the option to accept or reject our proposal. If you both agree to accept the proposal, you will each be responsible for fulfilling your parts of the agreement.
